PescaSat acts as an independent commercial agent. Data collected through this website is used exclusively to prepare commercial proposals and to contact enquirers.

Through the contact form we collect:

Full name
Company or fishermen's association name (optional)
Email address
Contact phone number (optional)
Fleet information (number of vessels, type of fishing, operating area) — optional
Current communication system (optional)
Additional comments (optional)

Purpose of processing

The data is used exclusively to:

Prepare the commercial proposal requested.
Contact the enquirer to present the proposal.
Coordinate installation with the certified installation company if the enquirer decides to proceed.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent of the data subject, given when submitting the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Disclosure to third parties

Data may be shared with our partner certified installation company, exclusively when the enquirer has asked to proceed with installation. It is not shared with any other third party. You may request the specific identity of this company by writing to us through the contact form.

Data retention

Data is retained for as long as necessary to manage the commercial relationship and no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and restriction of processing by contacting us through the website's contact form.

Form handling

The contact form is handled by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.), whose privacy policy is available at netlify.com. Form data is transmitted and stored securely.
